Elisa B. Mandel, M.D.

Dr. Elisa B. Mandel is board certified in Internal Medicine (a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine) and has been practicing in the area for over 20 years. She is a member of many professional organizations including  the American Society of Internal Medicine, the Pennsylvania Medical Society and the Bucks County Medical Society. She received her M.D. from Hahnemann University in Philadelphia (1990) where she also completed her residency training in Internal Medicine. During her training, Dr. Mandel was bestowed with the distinguished “Intern of the Year” award by her colleagues and was later appointed to the prestigious position of “Chief Resident in Internal Medicine”. Dr. Mandel completed her undergraduate studies at Dickinson College, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and was inducted into the esteemed Phi Beta Kappa academic honor society. Prior to entering medical school, Dr. Mandel conducted research at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland. She has been named Philadelphia magazine's Top Doc TM for Internal Medicine for several years running.

Carolyn G. Ryan, D.O.

Dr. Carolyn G. Ryan is board certified in Family Practice (a Diplomate of the American Board of Family Practice) and has been practicing in the area for more than 20 years. She maintains membership in a variety of professional organizations including the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Pennsylvania Academy of Family Physicians, and the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians. Dr. Ryan received her D.O. from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (1989) and completed her residency training in Family Practice at Abington Memorial Hospital, where she also served in the esteemed position of Chief Resident in Family Practice. She completed her undergraduate studies at Lycoming College in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Dr. Ryan cares for patients of all ages. She is frequently invited to contribute as a medical expert on a variety of health-related broadcasts.

Melanie H. Toltzis, M.D.

Dr. Melanie H. Toltzis is board certified in Family Practice (a Diplomate of the American Board of Family Practice) and has been practicing in the local area for over 20 years. Her professional membership affiliations include the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Family Practice. Dr. Toltzis received her M.D. from the Medical College of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia (1989) and then went on to complete her residency training in Family Practice at Abington Memorial Hospital. She completed her undergraduate education at Bryn Mawr College where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with Honors. Dr. Toltzis cares for patients of all ages.

Richard S. Mandel, D.O.

Dr. Richard S. Mandel is board certified in Family Practice (a Diplomate of the American Board of Family Practice) and has been practicing in the region for the past 15 years. He is a member of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, the Politically Active Physicians Association and serves as a Delegate for the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medicine Association. Dr. Mandel received his D.O. from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (1996). He completed his residency training in Family Medicine at Frankford Bucks County Hospital. During his training, Dr. Mandel was elected to the honored position of Chief Intern by his colleagues. He completed his undergraduate studies at Arcadia University. Dr. Mandel cares for children and adults of all ages.

Roselyn A. Wills, M.D.

Dr. Roselyn A. Wills is board certified in Family Practice (a Diplomate of the American Board of Family Practice). She has been practicing in the area for over 20 years. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and served on the Medical Board of the Nursing Mothers Advisory Council. Dr. Wills received her M.D. from the Medical College of Pennsylvania in 1990 and completed her residency training in Family Practice at Montgomery Hospital. She completed her undergraduate studies at University of California, San Diego, where she also served as a counselor at the California Teratogen Registry. Dr. Wills provides care for patients of all ages.

Randi M. Banner, MSN, CRNP

Randi Banner, MSN, CRNP is board certified and has been a Family Nurse Practitioner since 1998.  She has a Bachelor of Arts from Queens College, CUNY, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania.  Her graduate coursework for her Master of Science in Nursing was also completed at the University of Pennsylvania. Her special interests in primary care include family health through the lifespan and women's health.  She lives in Willow Grove with her family.
